Luigi Jobs is a platform for matching potential workers to available jobs, based on the businesss requirements. Job seekers and businesses register as users of the application. Once registered, businesses can create and advertise job vacancies using selected criteria.
Our unique algorithm then matches all suitable job applicants on our database with the job requirements and provides the business with a list of suitable matches, ranked according to availability, location, experience and other criteria specified by the business.
There is no need for workers to search for a job as they will be notified of all jobs they are matched to.
